How I work
The whole offer is honesty. I find the few places AI genuinely moves a number, build them with you, and hand them over working.
I would rather lose the deal than sell you a system that will not move a number.
Principles
Honest, and built to hand over
Sometimes the answer is no
If a shared inbox and a same-day reply rule would fix it, I say that. I do not sell you a system you do not need.
Built to hand over
I build it with you and document it, so your team can run and change it. You own it, with no lock-in to me.
I show my work
You see how every step works and why. No black boxes, and no numbers I cannot stand behind.
Who it is for
Freight forwarders, customs brokers and small 3PLs with real inbound and data already flowing, that know what they want fixed. Other enquiry and quote-driven desks (specialist travel, vehicle hire) leak the same way, and the same builds fit.
Who it is not for
“Figure out my marketing” briefs, or a business with nothing coming in yet. You would be spending for no return, and I will say so.
The studio
Ergosys AI is led by Vasso Vassiliades, 14+ years in search, tracking and marketing technology, currently leading MarTech, automation and AI at a travel and car-rental group. The work stays deliberately narrow: the few systems that move a number, built and handed over.
